We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders!

At this time, we only ship within the United States. All orders ship via standard delivery, and we do not currently offer expedited shipping. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Please note that Pamut apparel is made to order and typically takes up to 3 weeks to ship.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We want you to love your item!

If you do wish to make a return, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date (online) or purchase date (in store). All returns must be in original unused condition with packaging and tags attached. Swimwear must have sanitary strips in place with no sign of tampering. We’re unable to accept returns for intimate apparel.

All returns are free of charge. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 20 days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
