We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Pamut Apparel is made to order and may take up to 5 weeks to ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns
We accept unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 14 days of delivery. For now, email contact@vivavoce.com to start a return and our team will reply within 24 hours. Swimwear and intimates must be in original condition with tags/packaging; swim must include the sanitary strip. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
